Once you book and pay, your transport is fully confirmed and scheduled. We handle the rest. Our team treats every motorcycle like it’s our own. Each bike is professionally loaded, fully secured, and transported using enclosed or open equipment (based on your preference). We use soft straps, wheel chocks, and industry-standard tie-down methods to ensure zero damage and maximum protection. Our experienced drivers are motorcycle enthusiasts themselves — so they understand exactly how important your ride is. Cancellation Policy
At MotoVault Transport, we value your time — and ours. To keep scheduling smooth and reliable for every client, please review our policy below: 📅 Bookings - Appointments can be made up to 2 hours before the scheduled start time. - All bookings are confirmed once payment is received. ❌ Cancellations - You may cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment with no penalty. - Cancellations made within 12 hours of your scheduled time, or no-shows, will incur a $60 fee. 🔄 Rescheduling - You may reschedule up to 12 hours before your appointment at no additional cost. - Requests made after that window will be treated as a late cancellation. 💳 Refunds - Eligible refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of cancellation confirmation.
