Service Description
The VaultCare+ Package is MotoVault’s all-in-one care service designed to keep your motorcycle in peak condition — clean, tuned, and ready to ride the moment you are. Our expert, motorcycle-endorsed technicians handle every step with precision and care. The service includes a complete oil and filter change using premium, manufacturer-approved products, a chain cleaning and lubrication, and a tire pressure inspection and adjustment with air added as needed for perfect balance and performance. Along with that, we will check other fluids and components. Once your motorcycle’s essentials are handled, we finish with a professional hand wash and light detail, leaving your ride spotless and protected. Every service is performed in-house, ensuring the highest level of consistency and quality — no shortcuts. Whether you’re gearing up for a new season or just want your bike to feel factory-fresh again, the RideReady Package gives you performance, reliability, and confidence on every mile. Cancellation Policy
MotoVault Vaulted Care+ Policy The Vaulted Care+ Program is MotoVault’s in-house motorcycle maintenance service, designed to keep your bike performing at its best. Every service is handled by motorcycle-endorsed technicians using premium oils, quality parts, and professional care — all done under one roof at MotoVault. Services Include: Oil and filter change using high-grade oil Chain cleaning and lubrication Tire pressure inspection and adjustment Fluid level check and top-off Hand wash and light detailing after service Visual inspection of brakes, lights, and key components Additional work or part replacements will only be completed with your approval after inspection. Scheduling & Appointments: Appointments are required and can be booked online or by phone. Clients may reschedule up to 12 hours before the appointment with no penalty. Cancellations made within 12 hours or no-shows will incur a $60 fee. Late bookings (within 2 hours of start time) are accepted only if space allows. Payment Policy: Payment for labor is required before service through MotoVault’s secure online system. This payment covers the labor portion of the Vaulted Care+ service which is a 2 hour minimum and covers the labor for this service only. The cost of filters, fluids, and additional parts will be billed in person upon completion and must be paid before pickup or delivery. Workmanship & Liability: All work is performed exclusively by MotoVault employees — we do not subcontract or broker services. MotoVault guarantees all workmanship for 30 days after completion, provided no outside work or modifications occur during that time. MotoVault is not responsible for pre-existing issues, wear, or unrelated mechanical failures. Clients must disclose known problems before service. After-Service Pickup or Delivery: Each motorcycle receives a final inspection and hand wash before release. Pickups are available during regular business hours. Deliveries must be scheduled at least 2 hours before closing. After-hours pickups or deliveries may be arranged for a $60 fee. MotoVault reserves the right to refuse service to motorcycles that pose safety or environmental risks. This policy represents the full agreement for the Vaulted Care+ program and is governed by applicable state laws.
