Cancellation Policy

At MotoVault Transport, we value your time — and ours. To keep scheduling smooth and reliable for every client, please review our policy below: 📅 Bookings - Appointments can be made up to 2 hours before the scheduled start time. - All bookings are confirmed once payment is received. ❌ Cancellations - You may cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment with no penalty. - Cancellations made within 12 hours of your scheduled time, or no-shows, will incur a $40 fee. 🔄 Rescheduling - You may reschedule up to 12 hours before your appointment at no additional cost. - Requests made after that window will be treated as a late cancellation. 💳 Refunds - Eligible refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of cancellation confirmation. 🌙 After-Hours & Weekend Service Fee Service requests scheduled after 5:00 PM on weekdays or anytime on Saturdays and Sundays are subject to an additional $40 after-hours service fee. This fee will be collected in person upon arrival once MotoVault Transport arrives at the service location. Customers will be notified of this charge prior to dispatch when applicable. The fee covers increased operational and dispatch costs associated with after-hours and weekend service.
