MotoVault Transport provides professional towing, recovery, and roadside assistance with fast response times and straightforward pricing. Our goal is simple — dependable service, fair rates, and careful handling of every vehicle we transport. Whether you are stranded on the side of the road, need a vehicle relocated, or require emergency roadside help, our team is ready to assist. We operate a professional rollback tow truck capable of safely transporting cars, SUVs, motorcycles, and light trucks. Every tow is handled with proper equipment and secure loading to ensure your vehicle arrives safely at its destination. From breakdowns and accidents to dealership transport or private vehicle moves, MotoVault Transport is committed to reliable service and competitive pricing throughout the Richmond, Virginia area and surrounding regions. Our pricing is structured to remain competitive while providing transparent rates customers can understand before booking. The base rate includes dispatch, loading, securement, and transport within the starting mileage range. Additional mileage is calculated based on the total distance traveled. Towing Price Structure 0–5 miles: $105 6–10 miles: $125 11–15 miles: $145 16–20 miles: $165 21–25 miles: $185 26–30 miles: $205 31–40 miles: $235 41–50 miles: $265 51–75 miles: $325 76–100 miles: $395 For longer distance transports, custom pricing is available depending on distance, location, and scheduling availability. MotoVault Transport also provides light roadside assistance services for situations that may not require a full tow. These services include jump starts, fuel delivery, tire assistance, and vehicle lockout support where accessible. Our goal is to get you safely back on the road whenever possible without unnecessary towing. After-Hours & Weekend Service Towing requests scheduled after 5:00 PM or on weekends are subject to a $35 service surcharge. This flat fee applies to both after-hours and weekend calls due to increased dispatch and operational costs during those time periods. Cancellation Policy
At MotoVault Transport, we value your time — and ours. To keep scheduling smooth and reliable for every client, please review our policy below: 📅 Bookings - Appointments can be made up to 2 hours before the scheduled start time. - All bookings are confirmed once payment is received. ❌ Cancellations - You may cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment with no penalty. - Cancellations made within 12 hours of your scheduled time, or no-shows, will incur a $40 fee. 🔄 Rescheduling - You may reschedule up to 12 hours before your appointment at no additional cost. - Requests made after that window will be treated as a late cancellation. 💳 Refunds - Eligible refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of cancellation confirmation. 🌙 After-Hours & Weekend Service Fee Service requests scheduled after 5:00 PM on weekdays or anytime on Saturdays and Sundays are subject to an additional $40 after-hours service fee. This fee will be collected in person upon arrival once MotoVault Transport arrives at the service location. Customers will be notified of this charge prior to dispatch when applicable. The fee covers increased operational and dispatch costs associated with after-hours and weekend service.
